Do you want to live your dream or somebody else’s?
Let that sink in! Noodle on it!
When Shawn Douglas asked me that question the deal was sealed.
We all have fear when considering risk. Our comfort zones are, well, too comfortable.
I’ve decided I’m going to take a leap of faith to live my dream. But if you have faith, it really isn’t a leap!
Adding more value to others than I receive.
We are all on a journey. We are all in different places on that journey.
Thankfully I have an inner circle that has been there along the way.
You can have one, too!
My leadership journey began about five years ago. Yours may begin today. That doesn’t matter. I attended my first Live2Lead by the The John Maxwell Team. From there I dove in and after a lot of listening and learning along the way, I am more than ready to share what I know with all of you. The best part is that I will receive so much.
AJ Vassar told me; everybody needs to hear your story. I know that is true for me—I need to hear your story and so many others. He also challenged me about my belief system. Sometimes the truth hurts. He wasn’t suggesting arrogance but look in the mirror and believe in that person.
The more I listened and learned the less confusing it was for me. I was tying together everything into that dream.
The great thing is that the life I have lived has provided me with the challenges to make me ready to take the leap and add value to others. I have had countless tests and fails along the way.
Michael Fabber recently pointed out another test I had with a j.o.b. position to help someone else with their dream. Living somebody else’s dream isn’t a bad thing, but it is a choice.

That’s a good start. Work from the inside out.
What are your core values?
How are you on the balance disc?
Who is in your inner circle?
How will you bust out of fear into your comfort zone?
How can DISC and your growth help you personally and professionally?
Let’s get together to begin to fight through those and other tough questions, challenges, tests and fails. You can call it a conference or retreat or workshop or seminar, but the best thing to call it is the next step on your journey.
